| Is reflective practice a worthwhile tool or a religion? I often read up evidence based medicene or jrcalc on new, interesting jobs that I have done, or where jobs felt difficult or talking them through with colleagues suggest that perhaps patients could have been managed differentlty and from this I learn and develop. But ideas coming forward suggest that we should reflect on the minutiae of jobs. Any thoughts, comments or frameworks specific to the paramedic out there? |
