	In the past paramedics have often recorded and audited skills thay have used and incorparated in a portfolio. I am wondering if this is actually necessary these days as this doesn't really demonstate learning.. would it be better to record skills as used at a particular time in the form of a case study perhaps? Can anybody help? chris
